ARTICLE 4. Methane Gas Hazard Reduction Account

Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1322, Sec. 3.

The Methane Gas Hazard Reduction Account in the General Fund is hereby created. The moneys in the account shall be available for purposes of this chapter upon appropriation therefor by the Legislature.
