ARTICLE 1.5. Board Assistance in Local Planning

Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1292, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 1993.

The board shall establish, on or before January 1, 1994, an office of local government assistance. The office shall, to the maximum extent feasible, utilizing existing resources, assist local agencies in the preparation, modification, and implementation of integrated waste management plans.
