ARTICLE 1. Lead-Acid Battery Program

“Recycled lead-acid battery” means any lead-acid battery which contains a minimum percentage of postconsumer recovered lead. The required minimum percentage of postconsumer recovered lead shall be determined by the board in consultation with the Market Development Commission.
