ARTICLE 7. Repeal

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 351, Sec. 3. (AB 2440) Effective January 1, 2023. Repealed as of January 1, 2028, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Ch. 8.7, commencing with Section 42490.

This chapter shall become inoperative on September 30, 2027, and, as of January 1, 2028, is repealed.
