Public Resources Code § 42790

ARTICLE 5. Penalties

Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 663, Sec. 15. Effective January 1, 1994.

Any person who violates Article 3 (commencing with Section 42770) is guilty of an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
