ARTICLE 5. Forest Insect and Plant Disease Control
The movement of eucalyptus wood containing live Eucalyptus Longhorn Borers or their larvae in trucks or trailers is prohibited. A violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than six months, or by both that fine and imprisonment.
