ARTICLE 1. The Integrated Waste Management Fund

Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1293, Sec. 29. Effective January 1, 1993.

Notwithstanding Section 16475 of the Government Code, all interest earned and other increment derived from the investment of revenues in an account in the Integrated Waste Management Fund shall be deposited in that account.
