Public Resources Code § 4877

CHAPTER 2. Marking Logs and Timber

Repealed and added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1144.

Any log or timber which has any such recorded mark impressed on it shall be presumed to belong to the person, firm, or corporation in whose name the mark has been recorded.
