ARTICLE 4. State Park System

Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 250, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 1 at the November 4, 1980, election. Operative December 1, 1980.

Acquisition for the state park system by purchase or by eminent domain shall be under the Property Acquisition Law (commencing with Section 15850 of the Government Code).
