CHAPTER 1.8. Federal Grants for Acquisition and Development Projects
As used in this chapter, “fund” means the State Parks and Recreation Fund. Any reference to the Park and Recreation Revolving Account in the General Fund shall mean the State Parks and Recreation Fund, as created by Section 5010.
