ARTICLE 5. Park and Boulevard Bonds

The money obtained from the sale of the bonds shall be kept in a separate fund, and shall be used exclusively for the acquisition, or maintenance, or improvement of the public parks or boulevards, or both, of the municipality issuing them, and for no other use or purpose.
