Public Resources Code § 5539

ARTICLE 3. Regional Park, Park and Open-Space, and Open-Space Districts

Added by Stats. 1939, Ch. 94.

A district:

(a) Has perpetual succession.

(b) May sue and be sued, except as otherwise provided by law, in all actions and proceedings in all courts or tribunals of competent jurisdiction.

(c) May adopt a seal and alter it at pleasure.
