Public Resources Code § 5812

CHAPTER 7. Wetlands Preservation

Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 964, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2001.

As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning, the following terms mean:

(a) “Agency” means the Resources Agency.

(b) “Departments” means the Department of Parks and Recreation, the Department of Fish and Game, and the California Coastal Conservancy.
