Public Resources Code § 6445

CHAPTER 6. Exchange of Certain Lands With the Federal Government

Added by renumbering Section 6444 by Stats. 1943, Ch. 980.

No lands shall be accepted in exchange under this article without the approval of the commission. All lands so acquired shall be subject to the laws governing State lands of the class from which the exchange was made.
