ARTICLE 2. Provisions Relating to Oil and Gas Leases Generally

Nothing contained in this chapter or any other law shall prevent or prohibit two or more persons who are individually eligible to hold a lease under this chapter from making a joint bid for any lease or leases offered under this chapter.
