DIVISION 7.5. ARROYO SECO PARKLANDS
“Arroyo Seco” means that streambed, ranging from 200 to 2,000 feet in width, from the Los Angeles River in the City of Los Angeles to Devil’s Gate Dam in the City of Pasadena.
