ARTICLE 2. Initiation

Repealed and added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 831, Sec. 3.

(a) A new district may be formed pursuant to this chapter.

(b) A proposal to form a district may be made by a petition of registered voters or by the adoption of a resolution of application.
