ARTICLE 7. Initiative and Referendum

Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 923, Sec. 182. Effective January 1, 1995.

The initiative and referendum provisions of Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 9300) of Division 9 of the Elections Code shall apply to every municipal utility district.
