Public Utilities Code § 13822
ARTICLE 2. Approval by District
The ordinance, together with a notice fixing the time and place for hearing thereon, shall be published once in a newspaper of general circulation published in the district. The time fixed for the hearing shall be not less than 30 nor more than 60 days from the date of the first publication of the ordinance.
