ARTICLE 2. Approval by District

Enacted by Stats. 1951, Ch. 764.

When executed by the district the agreement shall be dated and an executed copy filed with the secretary of the district. An executed copy shall also be filed with the secretary or clerk of the public agency to be annexed.
