CHAPTER 2. Creation Of The Authority

Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 474, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2002. Repealed on date prescribed in Section 142010.

(a) Except for the Mayor of the City of Fresno, the members of the authority shall serve for a term of two years.

(b) If any member other than the public member ceases to be an elected official, that member shall cease to be a member of the authority, and another member shall be appointed for the remainder of the term pursuant to Section 142051.
