ARTICLE 3. Meetings and Legislation

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1899.

The enacting clause of all ordinances shall be as follows: “Be it ordained by the board of directors of the Orange County Transit District.” All ordinances shall be signed by the chairman or vice chairman of the board and attested by the clerk.
