Public Utilities Code § 90245

ARTICLE 4. Meetings and Legislation

The enacting clause of all ordinances shall be as follows: “Be it ordained by the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Transit District.” All ordinances shall be signed by the president or vice president of the board and attested by the secretary.
