Added June 5, 1990, by initiative Proposition 116.

Seventyseven million dollars ($77,000,000) shall be allocated on a per capita basis to the San Diego Metropolitan Transit Development Board and the North San Diego County Transit Development Board for expenditure for rail projects within San Diego County.
