CHAPTER 7. Sale to Private Parties After Deed to State

Within 30 days after the sale, the tax collector shall report to the assessor the following:

(a) The name of the purchaser.

(b) The date the property was sold.

(c) The amount for which the property was sold.

(d) The description of the property conveyed.
