ARTICLE 1. Suit for Fee

Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1319, Sec. 6. Effective September 28, 1987.

The board may bring any legal action necessary to collect any deficiency in the fee required to be paid, and, upon the board’s request, the Attorney General shall bring the action.
