Streets and Highways Code § 35404

CHAPTER 3. Bonds, Acquisitions and Improvements

Amended by Stats. 1955, Ch. 1283.

The bonds shall all mature within 35 years after the date thereof and shall be payable at the times and at the place to be fixed by the legislative body and designated in the bonds.
