CHAPTER 3. Issuance of Refunding Bonds

Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 496, Sec. 1. Effective July 17, 1984.

Any outstanding refunded bonds which have been exchanged for refunding bonds shall be canceled by the city treasurer.
