Unemployment Insurance Code § 128

ARTICLE 2. General Definitions

“Benefits” means the money payments payable to an individual, pursuant to this division, with respect to his unemployment and includes unemployment compensation benefits, federal-state extended benefits, or extended duration benefits, or disability benefits, or all of them.
