ARTICLE 4.1. Building Fund

Added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 1036, Sec. 1.

The Employment Development Department Building Fund shall be used for the acquisition, construction, or renovation of department facilities, necessary for the director to administer this code and laws relating thereto.
