Vehicle Code § 13360

ARTICLE 3. Suspension and Revocation by Department

Enacted by Stats. 1959, Ch. 3.

Upon receiving satisfactory evidence of any violation of the restrictions of a driver’s license, the department may suspend or revoke the same.
