Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 631, Sec. 3. (SB 1297) Effective January 1, 2025. Repealed as of January 1, 2032, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 4, commencing with Sec. 22435.

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2032, and as of that date is repealed.
