CHAPTER 6.5. State Water Resources Development System Rights-Of-Way

The department may delegate, to any entity that has a contract with the department pursuant to Section 11625, any of the department’s powers, duties and authority, other than approval, under this chapter as to any facility of the State Water Resources Development System that primarily benefits that entity, and may withdraw that delegation of authority.
