ARTICLE 2. Clean Water and Water Reclamation Bond Program

Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 47, Sec. 2. Approved in Proposition 83 at the November 8, 1988, election.

As approved by the Legislature annually in the Budget Act, the board may expend for the administration of this chapter not more than 5 percent of the amount of the bonds authorized to be issued under this chapter.
