ARTICLE 7. Runoff Elections

Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 221, Sec. 154. Effective January 1, 2003.

The governing body shall certify the two candidates who receive the highest number of votes for the elective office to the county elections official as the candidates in the runoff election.
