ARTICLE 3. Proceedings After Election

Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1020, Sec. 59.3. Effective January 1, 1993.

If completion of the project is not approved at the election, the board may modify the project or propose a new project. If a revised report is not prepared within six months of the election, the board shall enter an order declaring the project abandoned.
