ARTICLE 3. Proceedings After Election

After all warrants issued under the provisions of this division which have been presented for payment and all claims that have been presented and have been allowed and approved by the board have been paid, the board shall cause a certified copy of the order declaring the project abandoned to be filed for record in the office of the recorder of each affected county.
