ARTICLE 3. Subdivision and Sale

When the notification is received the board shall by minute action, approve or disapprove the sale and, in the event of approval, shall reapportion the assessment upon the parcel, including the delinquencies thereon, and penalties and interest, as provided by Chapter 6, Article 5 of this part.
