Water Code § 6393

ARTICLE 5. Complaints as to Unsafe Conditions

Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 368.

If, after an inspection is made on account of a complaint, the complaint is found by the department to have been without merit, any money deposited therefor shall be payable into the State Treasury.
