Water Code § 6467

ARTICLE 2. Dams and Reservoirs Under Construction Before 1965 Revisions

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1225.

Such dams or reservoirs as are 90 percent or more constructed on September 17, 1965, shall be subject to the same supervision as dams or reservoirs which were completed prior thereto.
