ARTICLE 1. In General

The board may enact any ordinance which adopts any code by reference following the procedures, definitions and provisions of Article 2 (commencing with Section 50020) of Chapter 1, Part 1, Division 1, Title 5 of the Government Code so far as they may be applicable.
