ARTICLE 5. Recordation of Order and Petition and Filing of Certificate

Upon the filing of the copies of the order pursuant to Section 75920, the secretary shall record the petition for inclusion of lands in the minutes of the board; and such minutes, or a certified copy thereof, shall be admissible in evidence with the same effect as the petition.
