Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 13 at the March 7, 2000, election.

The proceeds of bonds issued and sold pursuant to this division shall be deposited in the Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection Bond Fund, which is hereby created.
