ARTICLE 2.5. Flood Protection Corridor Program

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 13 at the March 7, 2000, election.

(a) There is hereby created in the account the Flood Protection Corridor Subaccount.

(b) For the purposes of this article, “subaccount” means the Flood Protection Corridor Subaccount created by subdivision (a).
