ARTICLE 3. Delta Levee Rehabilitation Program

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 13 at the March 7, 2000, election.

(a) There is hereby created in the account the Delta Levee Rehabilitation Subaccount.

(b) For the purposes of this article, “subaccount” means the Delta Levee Rehabilitation Subaccount created by subdivision (a).
