ARTICLE 4. Flood Control Subventions Program

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 13 at the March 7, 2000, election.

(a) There is hereby created in the account the Flood Control Subventions Subaccount.

(b) For the purposes of this article, “subaccount” means the Flood Control Subventions Subaccount created by subdivision (a).
