ARTICLE 5. Urban Stream Restoration Program

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 13 at the March 7, 2000, election.

(a) There is hereby created in the account the Urban Stream Restoration Subaccount.

(b) For the purposes of this article, “subaccount” means the Urban Stream Restoration Subaccount created by subdivision (a).
