ARTICLE 6. Capital Area Flood Protection Program

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 13 at the March 7, 2000, election.

(a) There is hereby created in the account the State Capital Protection Subaccount.

(b) For purposes of this article, “subaccount” means the State Capital Protection Subaccount created by subdivision (a).
