ARTICLE 7. San Lorenzo River Flood Control Program

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 13 at the March 7, 2000, election.

(a)There is hereby created in the account the San Lorenzo River Flood Control Subaccount.

(b) For purposes of this article, “subaccount” means the San Lorenzo River Flood Control Subaccount created by subdivision (a).
