ARTICLE 7. Coastal Watershed Salmon Habitat Program

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 13 at the March 7, 2000, election.

(a) There is hereby created in the account the Coastal Watershed Salmon Habitat Subaccount.

(b) For the purpose of this article, “subaccount” means the Coastal Watershed Salmon Habitat Subaccount created by subdivision (a).
